Ola Cabs — Non compliance after confirmation and no solution after 1.5 hours of waiting | |||
I booked a cab yesterday on November 8, 2014 with CRN number 15071720. After booking for a cab for 12 am at 11 pm. I didnt get a confirmation till 11:30, After getting a confirmed number of the driver and his number. I called the driver and the driver refused to come saying that he will not come as the location was far and if I wanted to complain at the ola customer care centre, I could. at this hour, (already 12 am at midnight) called the ola customer care multiple times (at least 8 times) and the customer care representative could not come up with one single solution for the issue after making me hold for an hour or so. At the end of a 2 hour long delay, I was still at the same location alone waiting for a cab so that I could go home. As a girl, my safety has been compromised by ola cabs not complying after committing. I'm going to really take this complain forward if this is not been compensated for because the damage caused because of the long delay in terms of my safety and monetary terms. I would like a formal apology for this and a compensation for doing this to a person during the grey hours of midnight. Was this information helpful? | |||
