Ola Cabs — Overcharged

I booked a cab using the Ola app from Kopakhairane sec1 to Nerul sec28. The driver took all the wrong route and i was overcharged, the ride should have cost me round 200 odd rupees but i was overcharged of 380rs. I raised a complaint but never received my request number via email or sms. CRN84819246
