Ola Cabs — Pathetic service | |||||
I travelled through ola cab today from Noida film city to Ashok vihar. I have always given around 360 for the fare...but they charged me 480 today at not even a peak time. I had to stand for more than 15 min as the driver had no clue how to estimate the fare of journey. Charged very high and very bad service. I wil make sure i never recommend ola to anyone. The customer service guy Nikunj also was not at all amiable. The driver was clueless about anything. Very bad service. Will never use ola again. Was this information helpful? | |||||
