Ola Cabs ref no KRN 70149819 — Rude behaviour

I am a regularly travel using OLa cab / Auto Wednesday 25th evening I have booked an auto . ref no KRN 70149819. the driver Benny Xavier initially accepted to come for a pick up, but later delayed . when called his way of talking was bad and asked me to cancel the booking. I had to go urgently and later I booked another OLA and travellled. These incidents spoils the reputation of your organisation . Same time my time and money was wasted unnecessarily. Kindly look in to this complaint and better not to have such drivers which spoils your reputation. These experiences makes me to think whether I should continue to use OLA services.
