Ola Cabs — Regarding irresponsible behaviour of driver of ola cab | |||||
Yesterday I booked a cab at 7 p.m. from Subhash Nagar Metro Station to Iskcon Temple. Registration number of the cab was HR55W 4337. The behaviour of the driver was inappropriate. GPRS system of the car was not working. He was even not aware of any root with in Delhi because of this we have reached in about 3 hours instead of only 1 hour route. Each and every person who is passing by giving bad remarks because of his bad driving. Further, because of his no knowledge of any route we have paid more than double of estimated amount. further we face a lot of losses because of reaching late due to his non knowledge of any route of Delhi. It is strongly recommended that the driver and that cab mmediately be removed fromOLA services. Was this information helpful? | |||||
