In velachery signal for past 100 meters he is banging the horn n coming was travelling in bike .. Once he reach to signal he was trying to bang the public through car I went n ask he is fully drunk.. I think the passengers was old people.. These is how the driver drunk n drive there is rules while driving car r bike should not dd .
