Ola Cabs — uninformed of the cab cancellation before

On 18th January 2015, I had booked a cab from Patpargunj to Delhi airport at 3:00 through ola and they cancelled it by them selves at 3:00. In this way I missed my flight on that day. If they need to cancel then they must have cancelled it six hours before.
