Ola Cabs — Wrong charges on cancellation | |||
Hi I have booked a booking on ola app on 8th may in mumbai, while booking showed pick up time 5 minutes and when booking confirmed it started showing 15 minutes. I called the driver and driver confirmed it will take 15 to 20 minutes as he in opposite side of mine. I cancelled the booking by giving the reason driver was late. Yesterday they charged rs 75 as cancellation fee for the 8th may ride, when i first contacted the customer care one person told he will send the sms where there is link and you need to give details. I received the sms and clicked on the link and it showed no booking details. Once again i contacted the ola they told it is not possible to refund and when i asked then why you send the sms with link there is no reply. He transferred his call to his superior and he also told it is not possible to refund. I am suggesting all the persons be careful about ola as they are money makers by wrongly charging the customers.
