Hello, i have purchased OLA S1x+ on 13th March 2024. Scooter is completely dead with handle locked condition on 5th Apr within 20 days from the purchase date, after a big struggle road side assistance left my new scooter in home. After multiple calls and emails follow up, they have taken the scooter to service center on 11th Apr. In service center they told that its a known issue of OLA S1x+, they remove and insert the plug to reboot the vehicle which is in trunk. They also told that it’s happening when some two wires touch in front panel and they permanently fixed it by tag some thread to a wire. But again while taking the scooter to home on the same day scooter got broke down. When i called customer care again no proper response. Still my issue is not fixed. 2 times break down within 20 days of purchasing and on top of it pathetic service and no permanent resolution. They cant even replace the vehicle or refund the amount - such a pathetic service Was this information helpful? |
