In the year 2018, my husband booked a ride (Crn[protected]) on ola but ola cancelled the ride by himself. Then he charged rs. 50 more on the next ride (Crn[protected] for the previous cancellation which is against the rule. On that time, due to situation, we were not being able to contact ola within some days. Now when we are contacting ola, they are saying that they can see the account details of just 60 days earlier only. Now when i am asking for waiver, they are denying it.
