Charges for my rides are already paid to driver but still constant harassment by Ola Money. It's informed that Rs 600 post paid due with me. They keep on sending messages, what's app messages and many phone calls in a day. I took ride and paid on that day itself to the driver through Paytm. I have never choose Ola postpaid as the option and never activated it. Now Ola money team are constantly calling to clear dues and threatening to take legal action. I have already emailed customer care team for this issue. Here is the receipts of those payments. and mail chain. Rides they charged me even if already paid to Driver's. May 18, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved I had followed up Ola money many times to resolved this issue. They inform to raise ticket for this in Ola app under category " Menu > Your Rides > Support > Driver Related > My driver requested extra cash." I followed and raised the same. In response they inform to share payment screen shots, plus bank statements. Those are shared from my end. They still not resolved my cases, saying those transactions/rides are more than one month old so they can't refund those. I have started following Ola money customer care in mail from 16 April onwards and one of my rides is on 9th April, this too they are not ready to refund.
