I had booked ola outstation round trip from pune to mahableshwar for 1 days, but my booking exceeded by 2 hrs and ola had charged me for entire 1extra day because i booked got extended by 2 hours which is totally unfair to anyone.
Also when i asked driver about extra charges he told it will be very less, even i checked ola support under oustation coloumn there it was mentioned that:
"can i keep the cab for additional hours in a one way trip?
Yes, you can keep the cab for additional hours. Per minute additional charges will apply on exceeding the estimated number of hours (Base hours) for the destination."
If we go through this it clearly states that per minutes charges will be deducted and all this information is available in ola support section.
