Today
I booked a ola cab for airport the distance was 3.1 km, before riding the estimate bill was showing rs 170 gross.
I completed the journey & bill came rs 184 which i paid driver happily.
After 30 min of completion of journey customer care is suing thre bill was wrong which is rs 454 & i need to pay it in my next ride.
I had the same onward journey with same destination which charge rs 148
In reason they are saying the base fare was supposed to be 350 which is charged rs 99 from me. Was this information helpful? |
