Olacabs — unethical cancellation of cab | |||
This complaint is towards unethical cancellation of share ride in Ola. Yesterday I have book a ola share ride at around 10:55 am for my office. The driver name was Md Shabbir (+91-[protected]) having white Xcent. After booking the ride I called the driver which he picked up but he was just telling hello hello might be due to call error. The pick up was showing to be around 11:17 am and as he car was moving to my direction I thought to wait at my pick up location. As I was ill I called the driver 2 more times but he didnot pick up the phone. At last I found that after coming nearby to my location driver cancelled the ride. This practice of driver was highly unprofessional that too when the temperature is around 40 degree celsius. Then I call at support, the Support team made a complaint against the driver, but when I asked how will I get feedback of such complaint he replied that action are taken internally. He further said he will try to book share ride for me which after trying he said that no share ride is there at my location. He then asked me to try to book Ola Micro or Ola Mini which when I tried showed a fare of Rs. 483 as against rate of Rs. 137 in share ride. I could not understand what kind of support is provided to customer who are aggrieved by such unprofessional drivers on daily basis. If customer care is taken by the service provider, then why couldn't a ride in Ola Mini or Micro could have been provided at normal fare rate instead of such 2x 3x surge. These kind of problems are recurring on daily basis and no action are taken by Olacabs. Was this information helpful? | |||
