Dear Guys, Please dont go and attend interview in this company which is located in chennai(ascendas & prince info city).They will conduct the interview from morning till night.The highlight over here is as follows. 1.Aptitude Test 2.Technical round 1 3.Technica round 2 4.Technical round 3 5.HR round In few cases they may also conduct extra rounds of interview at someother day. Spreading some light about interciew rounds: Aptitude test is a round which will go 1.30 hours of computerised test ( verbal, analytical, excel and accounts) you will have a feel like undergoing a "Bankexam". In all technical round recruiters will suit question as like they are recruting an employee for a position of a "collector". once you have completed all these rounds the sun will set. Here is the mega comic event will comes in the form of a person called HR Atlast the HR will have a one on one meet with you and convey " Hi you have cleared all the rounds of interview sucessfully and you have been shorlisted, we will soon get back to you". But they will never call back you again.so to know the status even if you call them or email them they wont respond you properly. Sometimes after a very long vigrous follow up, the HR may respond you "we have kept you on HOLD or you have been not shortlisted"(without any valid reason). So my dear friends please beaware of this fraudlent recuritment, DONT ATTEND INTERVIEW IN THIS COMPANY and dont waste your time.This is not only happen for me, including me there were around 50+ attended the interview and no one get a proper response even after cleared all rounds of interview.Do also share and spread this information whom so ever you can. Question to the company: IF you dont have a capability to give a JOB to an employee why the HELL are you conducting interviews and why you are sucking the talent of many gradutes???? If you dont know how to recruit and how to give respect to humanity, please learn it from better companies than you. Atlast, You bloody " STOP PLAYING WITH THE LIFE OF GRADUTES, DO REMEMBER ONE DAY THIS WILL HAPPEN FOR YOU AS WELL" NOTE : HR NAME ( AKSHAY & KAVVYA)
