[Resolved]  Olymp Trade — Deposit not credited

My olymptrade I'd is[protected]. I have made a bank transfer on 18 August. Raised a request to support team for the same to credit the amount. From last 9 days I am following up with the support team everytime I hear the same reply that our finance team is reviewing your case and will get an update. God knows what happened to my money. If this the behaviour of the finance team towards a regular trader of olymptrade then what they do with the new traders. They just don't bother about people money. They got the amount in their bank and now they are delaying to credit it. Worst service ever. Don't know what to do tired of raising complaint to the support team. I think it's better not to trade with olymptrade anymore. All new traders beware before depositing money in olymptrade. They will just ask for time but in the time they will not get any update and they will ask for more time. Sometimes I feel like being cheated here. Don't use this broker

Rs 11, 479 (150 Dollars Debited from my account) on 5th July and today its already 16th July.
These guys are fraud and its a mental torture following up with these guys for your own money. Dont use the app guys please dont waste your hard earned money. Look at the number of mails in the pictures and after so much of time wasted calling them they dont have any concrete reply of where the hell is my money. These guys are cheaters.

I've done a deposit of 100$ on 23/09/2020
And the amount is not yet credited to my live trading account. I dont know what happened to my money.
I am frequently contacting with them on both emails and phone calls. But every time they says that their financial team in working on the task and wait more. They gives me the same reply for the last 13 days. I dont know what to do next, but i will surely warn all my friends and relatives about my experience on olymp trade. At least their money won't lose in such a platform.

I'm done Deposit INR 700 on 14/3/2022 . I don't know what happened .. i followed everything, i did all verifications what your team gave to me.. &i completed deposit .
