Olymp Trade — My olymp trade account is blocked for no reason

This is very bad, olymp trade taking very long time and also company says Based on clause 1.4 of our AML/KYC policy, your trading account is currently the subject of an internal investigation after unusual non-trading behavior was noticed. And this is not the valid reason to block the account .Its our money so it's our choice whether we want to trade or not, but my experience is very bad and i am very insecure to continue on this platform .I am thinking now that this is a scam, fraud and this is not legit way to do with your client.please change your policies .
If the internal investigation will take time then please credit the amount of money from my olymp account to my bank account. I really need that money and you are not giving any clear information about the time frame. I have mailed you several times and receiving the same type of response each time.
