Om Logistics Packers — Wont refund your loss

We chose Om Movers and Packers to help transport our vehicle (Maruti A-Star) from Delhi to Mumbai on 25th March 2014. We were promised delivery in Mumbai within 4-5 days. The pick up was done by Mr. Ramesh Kaushik. ([protected]). During the pickup they had promised us an transit insurance policy will be mailed to our email ID (it is even marked on their receipt). Even on constant followup, however, they have not provided this though they have taken the money for the same. Since the transfer there has been no update from their side. The car reached Mumbai on 10th April 2014 in a condition that is indescribable. Various parts of the car seem to be broken, the tyres are torn and it seems the car has been driven and used around as a taxi for the past 15 days. we have not only faced monetary loss but this whole thing has caused us extreme stress and mental agony. Now they refuse to cover the losses saying we have no insurance papers.
