Google's first search window connects to this website http://godrejrefrigeratorservicecenter.com/ They say they are tied up to godrej but have no visiting card to authenticate. They charge unreasonably high for spare parts & don't even get a bill for parts after buying. Erase mrp from part box. Refrigerator fan motor charged by them : Rs. 2000 Kindly confirm. When I called [protected] on that website, the person said this is Godrej Customer care and they sent two people to repair the fridge the same day (They fulfilled their 24 hrs. service promise) They changed a part and charged me Rs2900
The fridge again stopped working within a month and now they wont receive my calls at all.
Godrej Head office confirmed that they would be taking legal action against this fraudulent merchant. Also a review has been left on the below website. Soon a police complaint will be made if the merchant fails to provide services.
