I don't know after giving all my taxes and payment of particular unit after getting oc a new amount emerges due of 7 lk as a plc which I had bought a unit without plc and no detail of this plc ever given me before as I purchased 2 yrs back then r asking anything as they want plc with tax as nothing mention on my builder buyer agreement and rera certification also now what to do I don't know can some one help Was this information helpful? Oct 27, 2023 Updated by [email protected] I bought a unit without plc and at time oc comes a new outstanding emerges of around 7lk as plc that was not mentioned in any papers of agreement and rera papers now I don't know what to do
