I invested in omaxe connaught place project in 2018, now since lock down, this omace builder has stopped paying commitment charges, can any one suggest what to do, this builder has also issued me pdc chqs of commitment charges but that bounce back too

not received any massage, please make group of peoples who invested in omaxe connaught place mall, and we need to file a case against builder
