We paid an amount to buy a flat in OMAXE HEIGHT SONIPAT and was allotted flat no. 805 in the name of Kamaljit Kaur. We decided not to go ahead with buying the flat and according to the contract we are now entitled to get back our intial application money but not the allotment money we paid and it's been more than a decade that we have been requesting the refund of our money that we are entitled to.
The refund file was filled about 3 years back in the Omaxe office and we got a receiving which is attached to the email, all the necessary documents were also attached to it. Now, a guy named Pradeep whose contact number is +91-[protected] is dealing with us regarding all this situation and he has been delaying and making excuses regarding the cheque for the refund amount. You can imagine the refund file was submitted in April 2019 and was told we will receive a cheque in 2-3 months and now it's 28th of February 2022 but there's no information about the cheque. Infact we get to hear a new absurd excuse for Mr Pardeep each month since 2019 on why cheque is not received yet.
It's sad to see how big corporate like Omaxe fail to recognize their customers once money is received in their bank account.Please issue the above mention cheque as soon as possible and reply to this email with a guaranteed date before which the cheque would be received by me. I need something in written which would guarantee the date. Otherwise we will be forced to bring this case into legal court Was this information helpful? |
