Omega Electronics — Not refund

Omega electronics pune (Cfl home based job company) is fraud and cheaters. They provide job and offer 5 years contract of 30000/- when we cancel contract, they give post dated cheques of 12500/- each both they cheques have bounced/returned 3 times. Every time they give date for refund but not refund. Still i am waiting for my refund. So careful about them.
