I ordered an Omron HEM 8712 blood
pressure on snapdeal on 22nd April 2016. ...got
delivery on 26th of April 2016 ...All well till
September. .Facing problem now in that
machine...since i am a residentof Bandra
(Mumbai) ...went to Andheri's service centre
office of omron...they said they can't help
because the purchase is from online...They said
that Courrier it to the online seller i.e
Gurgaon...& all the expenses of sending &
receiving the product will be from the consumer
side only. ...I mean that then what is the use
of purchasing a product online when a consumer
can't get the things done that too in warranty.
..its a conumer right to get things done by the
company.
