[Resolved]  Omron — Wrongly money charged by OMRON_Gurgaon_Mr. Surjeet/Mr. Satish

Dear Sir, I ordered OMRON Portable ECG Machine HC6, 801 C3 from the OMRON gurgaon office. OFfice add :-Office No. 103-106 & 108, 1st Floor Sewa Corporate Park, MG Road Gurgaon, Haryana - 122002, India Tel.[protected]. I talked to MR. Surjeet Bhatti & Mr. Satish. I gave Mr. Surjeet Bhatti of Rs. 19825/- on dated 27/09/2014 by cash payment on his gurgaon office. He was not given me any proof for payment. then i pressurise him to give me letter head in which mentioned the payment of 19825/- for portable machine. i got the machine on dated 04/10/2014. I shocked when i saw the bill of Rs. 17325/-. Then i called Mr. surjeet/Mr. Satish many times. But they just told me that we will talk, and after that they didnot picked up my call. On dated 6th Oct 2014 Mr. satish picked up my phone when i called him by my friend mobile no. He shouted on me, that why are you calling me again & again and at 8' PM. After shouting he told me that your money will be back by 8th Oct 2014. But till 10th oct, i didnot received any call. Then i again call on 10th Oct for my money. He told me that you will receive your money by monday dated 13th Oct. Today, 13th oct, i got the call of MR. satish he told me that we will charged 500/- for delivery charges and 300/- for courier charges for that. This charges was not discussed me earlier. He shouted me again, that he will not give me full money. I am just fed with the behvaiour of omron company. They are just trying to make money at any cost. Previsouly they charged 19825/- for machine and told me that you will received the bill of 19825/-. It is a cost of machine, then i got the bill of 17325/-/. Now he is telling that they will charge 800/- for delivery and courier charges. Please sir, lookinto the matter and do the needful. with Regards, Yogesh Khandelwal Chartered Accountant [protected]
