My awb no is - [protected]. The item shows that is has been dispatched from delhi and it was supposed to reach cuttack, odisha in 4-5 days but it still has not reached yet . The customer care executives cannot even tell me where the parcel is . They just say anything to the customer just to make them fools . Please look into it . This company is just looting customers . Aug 12, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved The company provided me the details through mail although it was a very tiresome process . I had to contact them everyday but it was resolved On-Dot Couriers & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
