[Resolved] On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — delivery service | |||
A parcel was sent from aligarh (Up) to pune with consignment number [protected] via on-dot courier services on 18th july 2019. Consignment reached pune office on 23rd july 2019 and status is being shown as "out for delivery". But till date (27 july 2019) the parcel has not been delivered on destination. When i tried to call their pune office, the person is misguiding by saying that it will be delivered by today or tomorrow etc etc. Through this forum i want to escalate the issue to the management of on-dot courier and want the issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
