We paid gst of 5 % along with a service charge of 10 % which is there on the bill. When we asked the reason about this, they didn't explain it. They said that its our restaurant policy and we cannot do anything about it. They also said service charges are part of bills proforma. The bill clearly mentions that the service is included in the price. Please take the action you deem necessary.
