I purchased an iphone 6 and had it covered by one assist. Had registered a claim in october 2015 which got closed by early january 2016. Now, have registered a claim on april 10, 2016. They raised a document pendency of replacement letter on april 14, 2016 to which i reverted on april 15, 2016. Post the revert, i did not receive any revert on the mails. Everyday i have been calling the customer care. All they have to say is that"sir, your case has already been escalated and our senior will reach you within 24-48 hrs." this has been going on and no action is being taken by the company to resolve the query and close the claim. I have recorded calls of the executives where they have promised to get the issues resolved but have failed time and again. The company has been informed about the urgency of the matter and still the issue is being treated in an unprofessional manner. Further, Executive named Aamir was very rude and was least bothered in providing services and spoke as if was doing a favour to me.
