Dear Sir/Madam,
On 18th august on http://www.onemoresteps.com/ webpage an offer was shown that Blackberry Z10 would be Rs. 4999+199 shipping charge for few hours was remaining. I placed an order for the same deal. The parcel came through FedEx Courier as shown on FedEx box that Blackberry Z10. Inside I paid the Rs. 5198 to the delivery man. Then I check the parcel but the mobile was replaced with the M-HORCE made in china Z-30. This was clearly a fraud. The parcel was delivered to me 3rd September evening.
http://www.onemoresteps.com/ and http://www.fedex.com/in/ both are involved in this case. Because When I went to FedEx office for get money back. Manager said me that he did not return money. He already knows about this.
