Dear Sir/Madam, On 18th august on http://www.onemoresteps.com/ webpage an offer was shown that Blackberry Z10 would be Rs. 4999+199 shipping charge for few hours was remaining. I placed an order for the same deal. The parcel came through FedEx Courier as shown on FedEx box that Blackberry Z10. Inside I paid the Rs. 5198 to the delivery man. Then I check the parcel but the mobile was replaced with the M-HORCE made in china Z-30. This was clearly a fraud. The parcel was delivered to me 3rd September evening. http://www.onemoresteps.com/ and http://www.fedex.com/in/ both are involved in this case. Because When I went to FedEx office for get money back. I have ordered a Black berry Z10 16GB black on 18/08/2015 at 11:12 Pm for Rs.5198/-, on 24/08/2015 i have received the product from Fedex courier shipped from Karan Quick Shoppee *DOM* J 88/2 BLOCK GALI NO 9. KARTAR NAGAR 4 PUSTA KARTAR NAGAR, NEW DELHI 110053.after opening the package i came to know that the product was absolutely fake and i also observed that the many people had lodged a complaint against the same person. please take immediate action against these people to avoid the loss to others and please get back my money. my mobile no is [protected].

Dear Sir / Madam, I had booked a cell phone (Blackberry Z10), (Order ID: 22595) for Rs. 4999 + 198 delivery charges in one more steps.com on August 18th. It was delivered on August 21st evening by a courier person from Fed Ex. When I opened the parcel I found a duplicate brand cell phone which cost Rs. 700. I have the detail order placing E-mail sent by the one more steps.com and the snap shot of the cell phone with all the Bill and Stuff.
