[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Delay in delivering unrepaired handset.

This is one of the worst company I never came across, first thing is they are unnecessarily quoting reason instead of repairing handset. In spite of this I politely asked them to return the unrepaired handset but I am not sure why they are not sending it back.

I placed request to send back the handset at least 5 times so far and still counting, each time I call they will give a new request number but mobile never came back.

It is been more than 2 months this story is repeating, pathetic company.

Greetings from OneAssist...!

We would like to inform you that the handset estimate was received by us from the authorized service center and as the case was declared as BER from the insurance company, we will be refunding the amount to you. As per the policy in case of BER the handset is to be retained by OneAssist only. If require we can help you with the estimation copy too.

Request you to please help us with the original invoice of the handset and the cancelled cheque with your name mentioned on it and send to the OneAssist address given to your registered email id.
