OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Every year my ICICI student credit is charged for Rs. 1399 without my permission

Every year I am charged Rs. 1399 by the transaction name "www.oneassist.in Mumbai IN". I have told them several times that I don't want any kind of coverage/insurance from your company and they always lie to me that they have cancelled it from now. Still every year, I am charged Rs 1399 for absolutely no reason. I am just a college student, how am I supposed to pay Rs 1399 for no reason.
