Hi, I received a message on 16th August, 2021 that a transaction of Rs.1399.00 has been made on your Kotak Bank Credit Card ending xx4531 on 16-AUG-2021 at OneAssist Consumer Soluntions. This transation has been made by the Kotak Bank illegally without my permision as I do not need any such service. I Moreover I rceived an emailfrom One Assist Care*[protected]@email.oneassist.in on 13 Aug, 2021 and other on 15 Aug, 2021 for renewal of the plan and in reply of both these emails I wrote the I do'nt want this plan. Please discontinue this immediately. But in response to both these emails I received message that "Your message coundn't deliveredto [protected]@email.oneassist.in because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information. This shows the clearcut fraud played by the One Assist Solutions on me that is ehy they did not received my message due to the deactivate of the server. It is, therefore, requested the the above plan created by One Assist Sol. be cancelled and my amount deducted from my Kotak Bank Credit Card may be refunded to me. It is a fraud played by the One Assist Sol. in colusion with Kotak Bank on me by deducting Rs.1399.00 from my Credit Card without my permission against my wishes.
