[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — I'm complaining about the device which is not being processed on priority. | |||||
I had submitted my laptop for repairing purpose to Oneassist more than a month ago. Since last 14 days the company haven't responded to my issue and is just giving future dates for the process. I have called atleast 15 times in these 5 days n they are just giving me extra days for the process. They had mentioned to process it in 5-7 working days but its been 14 days they haven't done a single thing. Was this information helpful? | |||||
