[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Motorola handset - accidental insurance cover

Incident description-
In the morning when i was going to take auto, i kept my phone in the pocket. When i was searching for the handsfree, i take out the phone from my pocket. While taking out, phone got drop on the road and back camera frame got broken. Rear camera is working but not getting clarity due to broken glass protector of the rear camera.

Concern:-

Service provider picked up my handset on 29-nov-2016 and today is 22nd-dec2016, i have not received any update about when i would receive my handset back after repair.. Called many times on toll free number, oneassist is saying they have not got any response from service centre about the due date.
My concern is why they are harassing customer since 1 month. If part is not available or what ever the reason, they should update accordingly...

I want my handset back.

We have received the due date of 5th January '2017 for your claim from service center, your handset will be delivered post 48 working hours after receiving the handset from the service center.

Provided due date was given by authorized service center which was intimated to you from OneAssist.

Note: - Due date from the service center may change depending on the parts availability of the handset.
