Purchased Xiaomi Mi 5X 50 on the launch. Invoice C[protected] through MI.com portal.
Option for 1 Year Extended warranty was available and same was selected.
Upon discussing with Xiaomi, I was told to coordinate with OneAssist, I cooordinated with helpline but was told will recieve call back, but no one called. ready to pay additional Delta amount but you guys are not reverting back
Have been discussing this for last week but no response.
