[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions Pvt. Ltd. — mobile protection plan not activated even after payment made 2 months back

I had bought a mobile protection plan from oneassist and made payment of rs 1599 on 10th april, 2018. I also received mail from them stating that the payment had been successful and i was just one step away from activation. I was given a link and when i went into it i was taken to its app where i was asked to create my profile. I did so. My relationship no. Generated as 4130724.
I had also uploaded images of my mobile. However, i received a mail next day i. E. On 11th apr, saying that they could not activate my oneassist membership as the images were not clear enough. I was given a link but it was of no use as there were no option to upload documents. I wrote a mail to them at the same time that it was not giving me an option to upload. After that, i have never ever got any reply from them with solution. Every time they send me the same link whenever i contact them where there is no option o[censored]ploading documents. I have called them, mailed them, chatted with them, but have never got a solution. On calls i am kept on wait for more than an hour at times, perhaps till i lose my patience and close the call myself. I am always transferred from one department to another, everytime waiting for few minutes before i am connected, many a times, for 20 min, sometimes for 45 min, once for an hour, but have never been given a solution. Still waiting for it. I want it to be activated and nothing more.

Proactive steps were taken by the company. They called us, emailed us, confirmed us of what they required and what they received. All happened within a week. Finally, the plan is activated, which is what I wanted.

Hi Team,

I am still waiting for your confirmation, even after sending you the required images. We did receive a call from your side on the first day and was given an email id. But no one has even replied to the mail that we had sent on that email id with images attached to it.

Could you please take immediate action on it. I have another tab to get insured but am not doing so until this gets resolved.
