OnEMI.in — Defective Datawind Tablet

I had order online Datawind Tablet UbiSlate 7CZ, I received my courier on 3rd march and when I opened the box I came into notice that their were some damages on Tablet. I called on customer care on 4th march and logged complaint about the same & my complaint ID is SR00030405, but their was no appropriate respose from them.As they told me to get Token no from Datawind.I took a token no. from them i.e.Token Number :- 0307MH16933.And even after giving them token no they told me to call on [protected] which is General Query & Sales Enquiry Department and said they will assist you.After talking with them they told me to submit TABLET in service centre.After submitting to service centre their is no respone from them since 22 days.And every time i call they told me to hold for 7 days.

I have ordered a casio gshock watch last month.. Its been 20 days till now i havnt recieved the watch.. Everytime i call the Customer support of onemi, first of all no one will recieve your call.. Only place a new order call will be picked.. N when i asked these people about the watch.. They always say it will take 10 days more.. Till now i havnt recieved the watch. N the same watch i ordered from watchkart, i got the watch within 2 days.. I request everyone not to buy anything from these people or from this website.. N can ordered anything from anyother website ...
This is the most the pathetic experience of online shopping I had. Trust me this is the first and last time I am doing a transaction with OnEmi. I ordered a back pack with a pair of shoes of Puma. Consistently I am receiving an sms and email from customer support for past 1 month that due to some unavoidable circumstances there is a further delay. You guys dont have this much professionalism that if somebody calls at your so called customer care center at[protected] then somebody should pick the call and tell the reason. I can understand that there is a delay due to some reason but the frustating part is that nobody the pick the call. I am trying to reach you for past 1 month but no one ans. I have already raised this issue with ICICI Bank through which I have done this transaction. They suggested me to drag OnEmi to consumer court and also promised me to take necessary steps against you people since this is a case of diminishing their brand value. They confronted me that they are receiving regular complaints for OnEmi and they are happy to discontinue their relations with OnEmi.
