I gave my phone one plus 8T for repair to one plus service center-Mobitech Creations Pvt Ltd, No D10, Connaught Place, New Delhi, Delhi 110001 on[protected].There was Multiple issue as per best of my knowledge.Service Center examine the phone and found problem in speaker only which they repaired.On[protected] I collect my phone and speaker was working.
After Collecting the Handset I observed that the battery consumption was more than usual and the phone was heating up but I thought it was normal. But on[protected] Overnight the phone opened up from the back as the company didn't fix the phone properly (Copy Attached).
Since OverNight[protected] tIll date and time it was working fine but now the Display is gone. It is not working at all.
Do this sort of Service Given by the authorised Service Center it seems as unskilled service center which makes such a big negligence Frequently and Harasses it valuable customers.
I want you to take strict action against one Plus Service Center as this is not the First time the negligence has been done by the Service Center and cost the customer his product, precious data and time. Was this information helpful? |
