I bought my oneplus 7pro before a month only and my phone is 1month old now, from 20th day itself i was facing lots of hanging issues in the phone. I approached the mobile shop reliance digital from where i bought my phone they said me to approach service center so i approached service centre, they told me like of we flash the mobile the problem will be solved, i believed that and flashed my mobile but after a day i'm again facing lots of hanging issues and i do have screen recording for those. I have spent 50k for this mobile but there is no proper response for the consumer. I need a mobile replacement as this is a manufacturing defect. This is not supposed to be happen.
