OnePlus India — Service centre issue

I had given my charger for replacement and it has been over 20 days and they have not yet replaced it. I was told that it would be taking only 7 business days at max, this is a big issue as none of the call centre agents are responding clearly on this matter..
Really disappointed by this kind of one plus service support.
