[Resolved]  Online SBI — ATM card damaged.

My present ATM card issued by SBI is found damaged very badly, and unable to use the same. Please give me the detailed instructions how to get the ATM number blocked so as to get a fresh card. Unable to use the toll free number since i find it very difficult to get the contact thro' toll free number. Till I get a fresh card, I have to get witrhdrawls thro form only and I am 73 years old railway pensioner and I find it difficult to go to the parent bank everytime to get money. Pls oblige.
