[Resolved]  Online SBI — transaction is completed at sender end but not debited at receiver end i.e sbi account

i transaction is successfull by sending, my monet from citi bank account is made paied i got UTIR num also but it not debited at receiving end(recieving acc num [protected] ifsc:SBIN0006052), this happen in 31/8/2013.
I was not checked the balance till today expected its debited in my sbi account, but now after checking money is not debited.
