[Resolved] Aegean Infotech Pvt Ltd, Noida — Company has defrauded me by selling online laptop warranty

Aegean Infotech Pvt Ltd. (A-101, Sector 63, Noida- 201 301) having their web site by name of "www.warrantybazaar.com" had sold me warranty on 6 July 2013. I had made online transactions of Rs. 5700/- on their ICICI A/C (details will be given on requirement). However till date there is no response from their side, I had called several times to one who sold me warranty. But no results. So I am lodging complaint on above said company for returning the amount and time wasted by me to call them in terms of money.

Aegean Infotech Pvt Ltd. Sales executive Mr. Neeraj (Mob. No.- [protected]) called me and drafted me a mail regarding the AMC of laptop with some attractive offers. Initially i ignored his mails and calls. But as my laptop was running out of warranty hence I registered and paid the amount of 5200/- through online transaction.

No invoice or any documents is forwarded from their side as the acceptance of money.

Now i am facing some problem in my laptop and laptop isn't working at all. I registered a complaint in costumer care but they are not responding to the issue.

I am in a pathetic situation and not been able to find any solution to this issue and feeling highly irritated.

Hence i am bound to register this complaint hoping to get the justice.
