Amazon Development Center India Pvt Ltd — Fraud Seller - Worst Experience

I had bought a product from Sans-Surgical via Amazon.in. I was given an estimate of 6-10 days for shipment of the order. However I didn't get any status of the shipment even after contacting the seller several times. There was NO response at all from the seller. Even after the final shipping estimated day passed, I didn't receive any response or status of the shipment. When I called the customer care they had just one solution - to refund my money back. That too I have to wait another 2 weeks to get my money back. That means, I wasted 1 month of my time and my money without any gain. I would say the Indian counterparts like Flipkart.com, yebhi.com are far better in service than Amazon.in.
