Hi All
I have placed order number[protected] online on October 27, 2012 2:11:11 PM IST at indiaemporium.com and payed full amount online then itself. My purchase order was worth Rs2899/-. Please see attached automatic order confirmation mail I received from their site for reference.Since the day, my mentioned order is in processing status and the complaint I lodged with their support regarding this on Tuesday December 04,2012 02:29PM has not received any response so far.Please find automatic mail I received on lodging complaint confirming receipt. Also my calls to the number mentioned in their receipt I attached was not even once attended. Please do the required and I will be really grateful to you if you can get the amount I paid mentioned above for the mentioned order get refunded to my account.

Indiaemporium.com — Order canceled, but did not receive money back
Order and Lahenga of cost Rs 20000. They were unable to deliver product on time and hence I asked them to cancel my order. Similar to other India emporium customer complaints they are not returning my money back. No one is picking phone or replying online.What to do next ?
