I wish to refund me the amount of 2, 000 rupees for ordering a mini ipad at gtp nagar iemporium on 27/09/2022 as it was promised to receive in 4 days and which I didn’t recieve, please refund the payment that i have made...

I ordered a Lehenga from India emporium and when I received the product I noticed that it is not same as I ordered. Please refer to photos sent. I'm not satisfied at all with the product. I talked to someone named Asif and he is insisting that the product is same and got some minor difference. I cannot accept something with a difference. The photos clearly shows the difference....

Reg order number[protected] places on November 2015 and pyt was made in full, They have delivered only 35% of the product.Whenever you call or chat with them they say within 4-5 days it will be done.But nothing is done so far.I ahve been requesting them to refund the money, but nothing is done so far.The total cost is around 32000/-

My order was not delivered so i asked them to cancel and refund my amount. I have been trying to follow their customer. Usually they wont pickup the call and if they do they just keep telling me that it will take 1.5 months to refund because of some technical issue in refund. I had made a purchase from India Emporium of a Lehenga, Choli Dupatta which on their website was shown as 5kg. However, when I received the Product, it was only a Lehenga which was 2.75kg. After numerous calls and emails, they tell me to buy the Choli and Dupatta. This is pathetic....
