[Resolved] Indiatimes Shopping — Refund not received for the cancelled order | |
I have an order cancelled over 3 weeks ago and Indiatimes Shopping have not refunded the money to my bank. Order number [protected]. I have called number of times to the customer “service” number [protected] and talked to Manish and Ritesh. They assured me that they would highlight this to their finance team and get back to me with the updates. Till now they haven’t called me or emailed. I am very upset about the Indiatimes Shopping experience and deeply disappointed. The amount I need to get is Rs 5233. Was this information helpful? | |

To my surprise I got the refund the next day.
So guys, if any of the online websites cheat you, raise a grievance with all the details and your issue will be solved in no time. It is simple, you are basically escalating the issue to the bosses. No need to call, or face to face sessions..just email. Any website I mean. Hope this helps.
