Indiatimes Shopping — I need to File a case against India Shopping

Dear Madam,

I have placed a order from INDIATIMES SHOPPING in the month of June 2013 order number [protected]

I have not got the product till date.

Whenever I write a mail or call they say they will revert to me shortly or concern team head will give me call but nothing happening.

I have wasted my money in making STD calls and they are not bothered about the consumer Need.

I need to raise file a case against INDIA Times.

Kindly let me know the next step.
